That narrative is changing with the dedicated work of producer groups like ASOPEP which has, against all odds, become one of the most professionalized cooperatives in the region offering consistent, world-class coffees year after year. Not content with just producing excellent coffee, ASOPEP is also a force for good in the region. In an effort to continue evolving our relationship with ASOPEP we are now offering this 100% women-produced ethyl acetate decaffeinated lot from the cooperative.

The latest harvest of Decaf Colombia Magia del Campo offers a decaffeinated coffee experience like no other, maintaining a creamy body and depth of sweetness across all roast levels. Lighter roasts bring forward bright, zesty notes of lemon curd complemented by the sweetness of caramelized sugar and a touch of wildflower honey. As the roast deepens, the flavor profile transforms, unveiling rich layers of cacao nib, baking spices, toasted marshmallow, and a hint of burnt caramel. Whether enjoyed as an espresso or a batch brew, this decaf stands out for its depth of flavor and smooth, creamy texture throughout.
